Distance- 70Miles        Ave Speed - 17.3 ave

On the ride today was myself Matt Hoyles, Gethin Butler, Dave Littlefair, Mick B and also Jose Pinon Shaw. Oh and I must not forget Mr Stell who made a guest appearance looking splendid in his GB kit. Anyway the plan was to head towards Ingleton for dinner. Well as all good plans go this soon changed as we got to Caton after going over Queremore. The sky look very black and very snowy so we all wimped out and took the safer option and heads back along Glasson dock and back to Scorton where we had dinner. At this point the human ice pop (JOSE) decided to take off his 2 overshoes, 3 pairs of socks and a layer of tin foil to see if his toes required extra basting to finish off the cooking!! When we came out of the cafe the weather had improved slightly and we headed off to do what we thought was going to be a nice small loop around the Fylde. How wrong could we be. Lets just say a couple of bumpy roads later and many twisty left and right turns later we came out at Singleton Traffic lights. From here we came back through the lanes to Catforth and Inskip before I peeled off to head back home. Can I say I had a brilliant time with brilliant company. As with all our club runs we have a laugh and a joke. This is what cycling is about to me. Thanks to everyone as these club runs are brilliant and i cant wait until next Sunday now. Lets just hope that Jose has warmed up by then.
